At Peak Pet, we understand that caring for your dog or cat is of utmost importance. When unexpected costs strike, it can cause stress. That’s why we want to make sure to offer you as many resources to assist you and your pet in a time of need. Below is a list of options that include insurance, financing options, and other organizations that may be able to help.

At this time, we do not accept payment plans. Payment is due at the time of services rendered.

Apply for a Care Credit card with a soft credit check, and get approved in minutes. Once approved, funds are available to use immediately. Pay over time with flexible payment options, and use for all future veterinary or personal medical visits.

CareCredit requires an amount to apply for, for this reason, it’s best to have your pet seen by one of our veterinarians to do a full exam, to create an accurate estimate for diagnostics and or procedures. Pet owners are responsible for the doctor exam fee of $120. Agents are also available 8am to midnight EST at (866) 893-7864 Care Credit has a $200 minimum to be used in the clinic.

Please note that if your pet needs to use Trupanion same day, Trupanion will require an estimate. This requires that the pet be seen by one of our veterinarians for examination, to then create an estimate for diagnostics and or procedures.

We will only accept the following resources if you are declined for CareCredit, ScratchPay, and or Trupanion. Clients are required to reapply even if they’ve applied previously and have been denied. At times, if you reapply after some time, you can get approved!
The resources listed below take 48-72 hours to get approval and are not meant for critical/immediate pets in need. For this reason, our clients can either:
- Apply for approval before being seen here at Peak Pet.
- Or be seen by one of our veterinarians to obtain an estimate for treatment, apply for the resources below, and come back once approved.
Pet owners are responsible for full payment of the exam fee at the time of service, and it cannot be deferred.
