Medication Fulfillment and Online Store Policy To establish clear guidelines for handling medications and online store preferences for clients. Purpose:
  • Mixlab (Preferred Online Store):
    • All external medications will be processed through Mixlab unless otherwise requested.
    • Our team will handle the medication submission directly, ensuring a streamlined and efficient process for the client.
  • Alternative Online Stores:
    • Clients who choose to use an alternative online store (e.g., Walgreens, Walmart, Chewy, 1-800-PetMeds, etc.) must pick up a physical copy of the medication order from our clinic.
    • We do not call in, fax, or electronically submit medication orders to these online stores.
  • Client Responsibility:
    • Once a physical medication order is provided, it becomes the client’s responsibility to deliver it to their chosen online store and coordinate fulfillment.
